4 Simple Steps

How to Measure for Scrubs

Use a flexible measuring tape. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without digging into the skin.

Bust / Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust under your arms, keeping the tape horizontal across your back.

Used for: Tops & Jackets

Natural Waist

Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part of your torso, typically 1–2 inches above your belly button).

Used for: Drawstring & Elastic Pants

Hips & Seat

Stand with heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks (approx. 8 inches below waist).

Used for: Scrub Pants & Lab Coats

Pant Inseam

Measure along the inside seam of your leg from the crotch down to the ankle bone (or measure your favorite scrub pants).

Used for: Petite, Regular, Tall Lengths
